5:00 Opening Ceremony with the Prime Minister of the Bahamas Rt. Hon. Hubert A. Ingraham, MP
6:00 Royal Bahamas Police Force Marching Band Display (30 min)
6:30 Maypole Dance
7:00 Island Spice: Green Turtle Cayís Kevin McIntosh (30 min)
7:30 Fire Show in front of the stage by the West Coast Mutineers
8:30 Lassido Boys: Rake and Scrape Bahamian Music (1 Ω hours)

1:00 and 2:15 Darius Williams: book signing at the Family Tree Booth (15 min each)
2:00 Joe Albury's Abaco Dinghy Demonstration. Located near his booth, Joe's Studio.
A delightful way to cool off and experience the days of yore. (60 min)
2:30 Afternoon Tea with Queen Elizabeth I
at the New Plymouth Inn located in the center of town.
Tickets will be sold to 35 lucky people to attend
at the Island Roots Heritage Festival Committee Booth. (1 1/2 hours)
All day: The Family Tree Booth is open for everyone to inquire about their family roots.
Joy Lowe Jossi, Alton Lowe and others will help in your discoveries.
Daytime: Reef Relief: Captain Roland Roberts Environmental Center:
opposite the Administrator's Office and Post Office
will be open for you to see all they do.
